Development & Donor Relations Coordinator
Kellie joins Light the Way Foundation with more than a decade of experience in ministry, community outreach, event coordination, and volunteer engagement in the Lowcountry. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for helping people understand the needs within their community and, more importantly, how they can become part of the solution.
In her role as Development & Donor Relations Coordinator, Kellie focuses on building meaningful relationships with donors, businesses, and community partners and connecting them to the mission of Light the Way Foundation. She believes that behind every need is a story, and that sharing the stories of individuals whose lives are being changed through recovery can help others understand the difference their generosity and involvement can make.
Kellie is especially passionate about bringing people together around a shared purpose and creating opportunities for the community to invest in lasting change. Through donor relationships, partnerships, and events, she hopes to help expand the support available for recovery residences and other resources that give individuals the stability, accountability, and support needed to continue rebuilding their lives.
Kellie and her husband, Michael, have three children and have called the Lowcountry home for over a decade. She loves serving her church community, traveling on mission trips, spending time with family and friends, and finding creative ways to connect people with opportunities to make a difference.
